Is the setup really free?
Yes. For qualifying organizations, we build your store with up to 8 products and 2 designs at no cost. The one-time $150 setup fee only applies if you want more than that.
Do we have to buy inventory or meet a minimum?
No. Every item is printed on demand when someone orders it. There's nothing to stock, store or prepay, and no minimum order.
How do team members order and pay?
Members shop your store online and pay for their own items at checkout. Orders ship directly to them, so nobody has to collect money or hand out boxes.
Does this use agency funds or need a purchase order?
The free setup costs your agency nothing. If you choose the $150 setup fee and need paperwork for your purchasing process, tell us what's required.
Can we use our badge, patch, seal or logo?
Yes, with approval from someone authorized at your agency. Many departments have rules about insignia, so please confirm you're cleared to use any emblem. You approve every design before launch.
Can the store be limited to our team?
Yes. We can password-protect your store so only people with the password can see it and order. Just ask when you contact us.
What products can we offer?
Popular picks include t-shirts, hoodies, hats and drinkware. We'll help you choose the 8 that fit your team.
Can our logo be embroidered?
Some products can be embroidered. Fine detail and exact color matches usually come out best printed. We'll recommend the right method for your design.
What about a bulk order for the whole team?
We handle bulk custom team orders separately from your online store. Those have minimums and lead times. Ask us for a quote.
How long does setup take?
Typical turnaround is 2-5 business days after you approve the designs.
What do we need to get started?
Your agency name, a point of contact, your logo files (vector formats like AI, EPS, SVG or PDF work best) and the products you have in mind.
Is this only for law enforcement?
